All Of Your Parts Are Welcome!

Support For Growth and Healing

About Ames (they/them)

I love using Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help people find healing from trauma and emotional pain.

I’ve found that IFS has been profoundly effective in my own healing. After years of trying other forms of healing, like traditional talk therapy, I was stunned to find that IFS helped me understand myself and grow in ways that I didn’t know were possible.

I’ve grown in my ability to connect authentically with others, process my feelings, and sense my true self.

Traditional talk therapy helped me understand my patterns, but that understanding stayed on an intellectual level.

IFS helps me greet the parts of me that need to heal and then actually allows me to release those burdens.

I love this method so much that I felt compelled to become a practitioner.

I am SO honored that I get to guide people through this empowering process where no one is judged or pathologized, and all parts are welcome.
